Stellara Policies
Please review the policies outline below in detail prior to requesting your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Stellara understands that plans change. This policy is intended to protect both clients' time and the time reserved to prepare for and provide each service.
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.
All requested dates and times are subject to Stellara's approval and availability. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Stellara and complete any required payment within the timeframe provided.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact Stellara at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
With sufficient notice, payments already made may generally be transferred to one new appointment time.
Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking or payment at Stellara's discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any clearly disclosed nonrefundable fees or amounts attributable to work already completed specifically for the client.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be nonrefundable.
No-Shows
A client who does not attend a confirmed appointment and does not provide advance notice may forfeit the amount paid for that appointment.
A new payment may be required to schedule another appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, Stellara will make reasonable efforts to provide your reading during the remaining scheduled appointment time.
Extending the appointment beyond its scheduled ending time cannot be guaranteed.
Significant lateness may be treated as a missed appointment when there is not enough remaining time to reasonably provide the service.
Completed Services
Once a reading, ceremony, personalized report, or other service has been fully performed or delivered, the purchase is generally nonrefundable.
Dissatisfaction with a particular interpretation, message, tarot card, astrological placement, or outcome does not by itself qualify a completed service for a refund.
Services Requiring Advance Preparation
Certain Stellara services may require personalized preparation before the scheduled appointment.
If substantial customized work has already been completed before a cancellation, Stellara may deduct the reasonable value of completed work from an otherwise eligible refund when this condition was disclosed as part of the service or booking process.
Events
Event bookings may be subject to separate cancellation, deposit, travel, overtime, and rescheduling terms stated in the applicable event agreement.
When an event agreement contains terms different from this general policy, the event agreement will control for that booking.
Cancellations by Stellara
Occasionally, illness, emergency, technical difficulties, unsafe conditions, or other unexpected circumstances may require Stellara to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If Stellara needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative appointment when reasonably possible.
If Stellara cancels a paid service and an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, you will receive a refund for the affected service.
Exceptional Circumstances
Stellara recognizes that genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered individually at Stellara's discretion.
Questions about a cancellation, rescheduling request, or refund may be submitted using the contact information provided on the Stellara website.
Astrology, Tarot & Spiritual Services Disclaimer
Stellara offers astrology, tarot, and spiritual or symbolic services as tools for personal reflection, exploration, insight, and entertainment.
By purchasing or participating in a Stellara service, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Interpretive Nature of Services
Astrology and tarot are interpretive practices.
A reading reflects symbolic interpretation, perspective, and discussion based upon astrological placements, tarot cards, client-provided information, and the context of the session.
Stellara does not represent readings as scientifically proven methods of predicting events and does not guarantee that any interpretation, prediction, possibility, or outcome discussed during a reading will occur.
You retain responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Not Professional Advice
Stellara services are not a substitute for services from qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professionals.
Stellara does not diagnose or treat physical or mental-health conditions, provide legal advice, provide financial or investment advice, or instruct clients to begin, discontinue, or alter professional treatment.
If a situation requires professional assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Decision-Making
Information received through a Stellara service should not be used as the sole basis for significant decisions involving health, safety, finances, employment, legal matters, relationships, or other consequential areas of life.
A reading may offer another perspective to consider. What you choose to do with that perspective remains your decision.
Astrology Information
Astrological interpretations depend in part upon the information provided by the client.
An inaccurate birth date, birth time, or birth location may affect chart calculations and interpretations. Stellara is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.
Tarot
Tarot readings explore themes, possibilities, patterns, and perspectives rather than guaranteeing a fixed future.
Stellara does not guarantee that a particular event will or will not happen based upon cards drawn during a reading.
Cord Cutting & Symbolic Ceremonies
Cord cutting and similar Stellara offerings are symbolic or spiritual practices intended to support reflection, intention, transition, or a client's personal sense of closure.
They do not literally control, alter, remove, or guarantee another person's feelings, choices, actions, or behavior.
Participation in a ceremony does not guarantee emotional, relational, spiritual, physical, or other specific results.
These ceremonies are not mental-health treatment and are not substitutes for counseling, therapy, medical care, legal assistance, or safety planning when those services are appropriate.
Third Parties
Stellara will not claim certainty regarding another person's private thoughts, intentions, medical condition, actions, or future behavior.
Information arising during a reading concerning another person should be treated as symbolic interpretation rather than established fact.
Personal Responsibility
You are always free to accept, reject, question, or disregard any interpretation offered during a Stellara service.
Your life is yours.
Stellara's role is to provide perspective and reflection, not to make your decisions for you.
By booking or participating in a Stellara service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limitations of the service described above.
Payment Policy
Payment is required to secure your appointment or event booking. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your selected date or time. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and any additional details needed for your service.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not received within the timeframe provided in your confirmation email, your requested date and time may be released for other bookings.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Any additional fees, such as extended event hours or applicable travel fees, will be communicated and agreed upon before payment is collected.
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to Stellara’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
